We can coordinate most of your “to-do list”, even adding these to your final bill, so you have one payment to make instead of several. You might ask why we would coordinate these vendors for you. By partnering with our vendors, we know your event will go off without a hitch and will leave you and your family to enjoy the day. If you have some vendors you would like to use, no problem! We can coordinate one or all of the below.
DJ/Emcee
We highly recommend Music Makes You Happy Entertainment. They have variously priced packages, help run the show, and work with you and your guests to make sure everyone has a great time! Also offering lighting design, emcee services, and Photo Booth.
Cake
How sweet is it that Sugar Bottom Bakery is located in The Catering Place shop! Pricing is affordable and she offers several flavors and can do most designs. Tastings are available by appointment.
Staffing
TCP provides all of the staff needed for your event. Smiles and great service included.
Bartender
Cheers! If you are having a bar, we require that one of our staff provides bartending services, unless the venue you use requires you use their staff.
Rentals
To save you time and stress and ensure you enjoy your event as much as your guests, we work closely with a local rental company to provide these services to you. We pay the rental company directly and we will coordinate drop off and pick up as well for anything from tables and chairs to linens and tents. Please note: we will not be onsite for tent and rental setup if you choose to use another rental company.
Lighting
Whether you need up-lighting, Edison bulbs, or monogram on the floor. We have a bright idea-let us assist you with this.
Tuxedos
We own C&C Tuxedos. All of the tuxedos come from Nationally known Jim’s Formal Wear. You have hundreds of styles, colors, and sizes to choose from. Tuxedos will be delivered to The Catering Place several days prior to your event to ensure a proper fit for all. Rent 5 tuxes and receive 1 free!
Mobile Restrooms
Having an outdoor wedding in a field or behind your home? Let us do the dirty work of coordinating this for you. Ranging from upscale restrooms to an air conditioned restroom trailer with hardwood floor and granite countertops.
Golf Carts
Do you need your guests to park far from your venue, but don’t want them to have to walk? We can arrange golf carts and drivers for you.
Photo Booth
You’ll enjoy the fun of going through the photo booth photos after your event. Music Makes you Happy supplies all the props. You supply the fun!
Party Trailer
Having your event on the big Game Day? Want to offer a Cigar Bar or does the Groom love video games? Maximus is the perfect addition for any of these needs.
Ice Sculptures
Would you like a classic ice sculpture for your black-tie affair or an ice luge to add some fun to the party? Cool, let us coordinate this for you.
Day of Coordination
Feel you need a little extra helping hand? Ask for one of our Day of Coordinators.
Setup/Cleanup
We can take care of some extras for you such as setup and cleanup that you would typically do. Pricing depends on your needs.
